Kath’s interest in body mechanics and the infinite layers of a yoga practice inform her teaching style, which she describes as alignment-based, Vinyasa yoga. A typical class will include the best elements of power Vinyasa yoga with anatomical precision and many opportunities to “knock the rust off”, both mentally and physically. She has a down-to-Earth, accessible style and believes that Yoga should be challenging, sweaty and fun, just like CrossFit!
