An hour-long class filled with cardio, sure to make you sweat! The sweat class uses a a mix of kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and body weight movements to create a conditioning workout that focuses on simpler, easy to perform movements.  There will be no barbells, no heavy weights.  We will be focusing on intensity, and full body movements! CrossFit 101 is not required for Sweat!
