How to Join

Step 1: New to Crossfit?

CrossFit 101
We start out all who are new to CrossFit with our CrossFit 101 course! Learn the basics in this introduction 2-Week course. Our 101 Class is held MON/WED/THUR. Our next CrossFit 101 course begins Monday, January 20th, at 5:30 PM. The course is two weeks and meets Mon, Wed, Thur the first week, and Mon, Thur, Fri the second week (due to Christmas). Once you have completed the course you are free to join into our group CrossFit classes.
1-on-1 personal training
If the 101 class times don’t work for you, try our personal training sessions. We require 3 sessions prior to joining the group classes, and these can be done at whatever days/times fit your schedule.
